Stylish, cozy holiday home close to the beach. Perfect for a couple or a family with dogs…. 150m from the beach, 80 meters as the crow flies from the dike!

This beautiful chalet is located approx. 300 m from the sea and you will have that holiday feeling from the first moment. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be pushed together. Our chalet has a generously equipped kitchen with an island where you can sit comfortably on bar stools. The light-flooded dining area (large windows on two sides) allows a wonderful view of the terrace and the garden. You will also find a tastefully furnished living room with comfortable furniture. There is a rain shower in the spacious shower in the bathroom.

The neighborhood is characterized by trees, hedges and the tasteful houses of our neighbors. Our beautiful modern house (number E11) is only 300 m from the sandy beach in Breskens. It is located in a well-kept park near one of the most beautiful beaches in Holland, which is characterized by its dog and child friendliness. The park has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a restaurant, a bar, a playground (air trampoline) and a bowling alley. Bicycles, e-choppers and go-karts can be rented from the park.

Couples and families with children and dogs are warmly welcomed in our modern, non-smoking house and garden. We are sure that you will have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. A large open plan living / kitchen / dining area and 2 separate bedrooms as well as a modern bathroom provide the necessary space while also offering privacy. Enjoy the sun and wind in the shelter of the dike.

Kitchen and living room:
We have created a stylish, comfortable home where we have paid a lot of attention to the small, but important details.
The living room / dining area with the adjoining kitchen are spacious and have a bay window and a sliding door through which you have an unobstructed view of the garden from the dining table and sofa. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (microwave / oven, fridge / freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer / cordless vacuum cleaner, electric vacuum cleaner / soda stream water bubbler, cutlery, glasses, dishes and pots).

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two separate single beds that can be pushed together.

Outside:
You can decide whether you prefer to spend your time on the lounge furniture or watch the sunset or with an aperitif at the dining table on the patio which is protected by rain by a sunroof. An electric grill is available to you. Our fenced-in garden with manicured artificial turf, surrounded by grass and a hedge, ensures that your children and pets are well protected and cannot leave the property.

Extras:
A washing machine / dryer / clothesline / iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a small electric grill (Tefal Optigrill) are at your disposal.
A separate storage space outside offers space for your beach accessories.

Do not forget!
The only thing you have to bring with you are towels, pillow cases, duvet covers and tea towels, table-tennis rackets... and a taste for the sea breeze!

Parking spot:
You can park your car in your reserved, individual parking space next to the house.

Park facilities:
Your vacation couldn't be easier ... You can buy your freshly baked rolls in the well-stocked delicatessen market or simply let the friendly staff pamper you in the park's own restaurant. Look forward to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, pool table, table-tennis table, bowling alley and a playground with an air trampoline and a small football pitch in the holiday park.

E-choppers, go-karts, e-bikes and bicycles can be borrowed directly from the park reception. Just 200 meters away you will find mini golf, a trampoline landscape and various other attractions for your children ("de Aafslag").


People under the age of 21 and groups are not admitted without an elderly companion.
Please also note that the decoration and furnishings may differ from the pictures shown. The sauna is a park facility.
