Apartment - Appartment Uvoda

We have our own house in the center of Split, Croatia. Since we no longer live there and do not plan to spend the summer there, we offer it for rent!
The apartment is furnished as follows:
Upon entering, you enter directly into the living area. Here there is a dining table with 4-6 chairs, a TV cabinet with TV, coffee table and a spacious sofa (4-6 people). The apartment has air conditioning located above the sliding door to the garden.
From the living area you enter the luxurious open kitchen equipped with BOSCH built-in appliances such as a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Also located in the kitchen is a microwave, hood and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine including cups. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, (wine, water/juice and coffee) glasses, plates and cooking utensils.
At the back of the apartment there is a small hallway with a built-in closet. Grezend to the hall is also the small toilet with boiler and the spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower cabin, washbasin and washing machine.
On the right side of the apartment are the bedrooms, the first small bedroom is not in use by guests (empty on the floor plan). In the second bedroom there is a guest sofa 160x200m with a DORMEO top mattress. Very comfrortable to sleep on! In the room is also a camping bed placed for a baby/toddler which can be taken away again. The bedroom has doors to the balcony.
In the third bedroom (master bedroom) is a large closet a smaller closet and a bed of 180x220m. Also in the room there is a toddler bed of 90x150m which may be used. Also this room has doors to the balcony.
Across the entire width of the apartment there is a balcony where you can sit comfortably. The balcony is oriented to the north so there is no sun on it, in summer it is great to cool off. On the other side there is a small garden where you can sit facing south. At the front(ri.east) of the apartment there is a larger area to sit and eat.
The apartment has a total area of about 100m2 and is located in the Sucidar neighborhood.

The apartment is available all year round, for the winter months you can use the electric heater/convector (2x in the living room, 1x master bedroom, 1x bedroom No. 2. In the bathroom there is also an electric heater that can be operated by remote control.
The air conditioning can also be used for heating.
