Special overnight stays - Albero degli Alberi

Albero degli Alberi is a farmstay located on the northern slope of the Grappa massif, where we offer half-board and farm products surrounded by the greenery of an ancient chestnut grove.

The farm is biodiverse; no chemicals are used, and our kitchen uses our own ingredients or products from organic farms.

The cuisine is authentic and seasonal: the bread is made with sourdough and baked in a wood-fired oven; polenta is made with our own corn; but the beans are our great pride: local heritage varieties such as Lamon, Gialet (a Slow Food Presidium), and Bonel.

The various menus feature honey, walnuts, chestnuts, hazelnuts, wild herbs, and products from the garden, always based on seasonal produce.

We offer half-board for 70 euros per person/per day; an overnight stay in one of our five simply furnished rooms, a traditional farm meal composed mainly of ingredients we grow ourselves, and an (Italian-style) breakfast. Children under 11 receive a 50% discount.

In addition to half-board including dinner, lunch can also be arranged.

Our accommodations are perfect for a refreshing holiday in touch with nature. The silence you will find with us is only interrupted by the crowing of roosters and forest birds, or the buzzing of our bees.

To generate energy and heat water, we have installed a solar panel system and a solar water heater.

Water in this place is a particularly precious resource. Recently, we brought the aqueduct up here, over a substantial height difference. A pump fills our reservoir daily, requiring considerable energy. We ask you to use this precious resource as needed and with due caution.
