Chalet Brammetje is ideal for a small and big family and friends or just nice with 2 person by the attractively furnished house.
FROM 2 TO 5 BEDROOMS WITH OWN BATHROOMS
You rent from 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and depending on your company you rent bedrooms up to 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Of course you have access to all luxury amenities and you are the only occupant of the house with your company.
In winter a choice of 3 ski areas, in 5 minutes you are at the lift in Bramberg at the lift (ski area Wildkogel) with 10 minutes you are at the lift in Hollersbach (ski area of Kitzbuhel) and in 25 minutes you are at the lift in Hochkrimml (ski area ZillertallArena)
In the summer there are numerous hiking, cycling and summer activities with the beautiful nature within reach.
BREATHTAKING VIEWS
And of course you have breathtaking views from all windows, a large balcony, several terraces and a back garden where the children can play safely. Of course with several luxury garden furniture and tables, cushions, Sun-umbrellas and patio screens.

"Vanaf de eerste minuut voelden we ons thuis!"

We kunnen alleen maar bevestigen wat andere gasten al in dit gastenboek schreven. We voelden ons vanaf de eerste minuut thuis in dit prachtige chalet en het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. De omgeving biedt vele mogelijkheden voor prachtige wandelingen en fietstochten, al dan niet met een e-bike en daar hebben we ruimschoots gebruik van gemaakt. Fantastisch ook de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de lokale bevolking. Bij Gasthaus Bergkristall (op loopafstand) hebben we een heel gezellige avond gehad, goed gegeten en konden we de gastheer verleiden tot het maken van vrolijke Oostenrijkse muziek onder het genot van een zelfgemaakte Schnapps. Kortom, we hebben een geweldige week gehad.

Beste Ruud & Gerda, Wat hebben jullie een fantastisch huis met een fantastisch uitzicht! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en meer, we hebben in niks misgegrepen. "Een magische plek!"

Wat een magische plek, een prachtig chalet, echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs als het minder mooi weer is om te skiën is het absoluut geen straf om een dagje in het chalet te vertoeven. Wat een luxe, alle kamers en suite, een mooie ruime woonkamer en keuken. Wij hebben volop genoten! Ook van alles rondom het chalet. Zo lopen er reeen achter het chalet langs en ook de das laat zich zien. Het gebied Bramberg is een heerlijk skigebied, mooie brede pistes. Wij hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen met de familie!

Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad in “Brammetje”. Het huis was werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en prachtig gelegen, uitkijkend over het dal. Ook 2 restaurants op loopafstand met vriendelijke bediening en lekker eten voor een leuke prijs. We hebben heerlijke avonden met een boek op de bank voor de houtkachel doorgebracht en zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen. Een echte aanrader!

"Verrast door de gezellige sfeer inclusief kerstboo"

Wat een heerlijke Kerst hebben wij gehad! Al bij aankomst werden we verrast door de gezellige sfeer in het huis, inclusief Kerstboom! De voorzieningen en uitrusting zijn gewoon perfect waardoor er in alle luxe heerlijk ontspannen kan worden. Wellicht hadden we ook het geluk aan onze zijde met het weer zodat we iedere dag onder heerlijke omstandigheden konden skiën op de prachtige nabijgelegen pistes om daarna lekker bij de brandende houtkachel en biertje en wijntje te kunnen nuttigen. We hebben, samen met vrienden, een week lang genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

"Perfecte wintersport locatie!"

Met een groep vrienden hebben wij een heerlijke week doorgebracht in Chalet Brammetje. Wat een prachtig chalet, met heel veel charme en perfect onderhouden. Ondanks een aantal dagen slechte weersomstandigheden heeft dat voor ons de pret totaal niet mogen drukken - open haard aan, onder een kleedje, met een glas wijn in de hand koken in de luxe keuken etc. Perfecte locatie, helemaal in combinatie met de taxiservice die ons iedere dag naar de skilift bracht en weer ophaalde. We hebben alweer geboekt voor volgend jaar!
